Supriya: Pure Silk Kadhuwa Banarasi
By Naushad Ji
Saree Story
I am Supriya, I don't rush into a room, I settle into it the way dusk settles over water. My teal runs deep and unbothered, gold paisley butis resting across me like they've always known where they belong. Some sarees perform, I hold attention without asking for it. My border finally lets loose, paisleys unfurling in gold with the confidence of not needing an audience. I carry my richness in the weave, not in noise. Depth was never something I had to fake.
Handloom Perfection
Handloom sarees are made by human hands, not machines. Which means every piece carries the natural variations of the loom and the weaver, proof that someone, somewhere, made this just for you.
Description
Supriya is a pure silk Banarasi in a rich peacock teal, her body scattered with gold paisley-leaf butis in a soft, unhurried rhythm. Her border runs wide and detailed, dense gold paisleys and florals framed by a fine leaf trim above and a scalloped wave pattern below, echoed again in the pallu for a composed, continuous finish.

Care Instructions
Silk rewards patience. Dry clean for the first wash. After that, cold water and a gentle hand. Never wring it, never rush it. Dry in the shade — silk and sunlight are not friends. Iron on the reverse, low heat, while it is still slightly damp.
