Aruna: Classic Red 3 Ply Bishnupur Pure Silk
By Bishnupur's Master Weavers
Saree Story
I was named for the one who rides ahead of the sun, painting the sky red before anyone else is ready for the day. That's exactly the kind of red I carry, bold enough to announce something before it's even begun. My vine climbs quietly on one side, but my stripes move with purpose on the other, like they already know where they're headed. Wear me on the morning you've decided you've arrived.
Handloom Perfection
Handloom sarees are made by human hands, not machines. Which means every piece carries the natural variations of the loom and the weaver, proof that someone, somewhere, made this just for you.
Description
Aruna carries the colour of dawn before the sun has fully arrived, that first flush of red across the sky. A slender vine climbs one side of her, dotted and unhurried, while geometric patterns run down the other, straight and certain. A floral swag gathers along her top edge before giving way to a rich border of roses and scrollwork. Pure Bishnupuri silk, light and smooth against the skin, hand block printed by hand, each motif pressed on one at a time. One garment. Two authors.

Care Instructions
Silk rewards patience. Dry clean for the first wash. After that, cold water and a gentle hand. Never wring it, never rush it. Dry in the shade — silk and sunlight are not friends. Iron on the reverse, low heat, while it is still slightly damp.
