Every 100-count Phulia cotton saree takes around 8–12 days to complete. Fine cotton yarns demand patience at every stage—from preparing the warp to weaving each delicate pick by hand. Fabric

Technique

A 100-count Phulia cotton begins long before the first thread meets the loom. Fine cotton yarn is washed, starched and carefully stretched into a warp that leaves little room for error.
