Jamnuni: Pure Kanchipuram Cotton Saree
By Kanchipuram Master Weavers
Saree Story
Bite into a ripe jamun and you will find my colour staining your fingers. Golden mangoes line my border on a band of deep navy, resting above violet and emerald. Warm saffron stripes run across my pallu like threads of summer sun. I am sweet, a little wild and entirely unforgettable.
Handloom Perfection
Handloom sarees are made by human hands, not machines. Which means every piece carries the natural variations of the loom and the weaver, proof that someone, somewhere, made this just for you.
Description
A dusky plum Kanchipuram cotton saree with a multi-band contrast border. Golden mango motifs on navy sit above a violet band, finished with an emerald edge. The pallu carries vertical saffron stripes across the plum canvas.

Fabric
Pure handspun cotton, soft against the skin and light enough for everyday wear. The weave holds its shape through the day without losing the crispness that good cotton is known for, breathable in the warmth, easy to drape, and built to only get softer with every wash.

Care Instructions
First Wash: Dry clean for the first wash to preserve the finish and the zari or resham border. Thereafter: Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild liquid detergent. Avoid soaking for long periods. Do Not: Use bleach, harsh detergents, or wring the saree aggressively, as fine-count cotton fibres deserve gentle handling. Drying: Dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight, to retain the richness of the colours. Ironing: Iron on a medium cotton setting while the saree is slightly damp, or use steam for the best finish. Storage: Fold neatly and store in a cool, dry place. Refold it occasionally to prevent permanent creases.
