Champa: Blush Yellow Handwoven Jamdani
By Phulia's Padma Shri Cluster
Saree Story
Champa's Story: Call me Champa. I hold the yellow of spring light, the kind that floats over you and makes you dream of gentler things, softer touches, quieter feelings. A white vine traces me slowly, the way fingers trace a memory they don't want to let go of yet. I am pure muslin, handwoven in Phulia, light enough to feel like a sigh against the skin. I don't ask to be desired. I simply arrive, and desire follows.
Handloom Perfection
Handloom sarees are made by human hands, not machines. Which means every piece carries the natural variations of the loom and the weaver, proof that someone, somewhere, made this just for you.
Description
Champa wears her yellow with a soft ivory hand resting over it. A white vine moves across the lemon canvas, tracing its own quiet path rather than competing with the colour beneath. Small polka butti scatter through the body in the same ivory, catching the eye without asking for it. A fine striped border closes the drape gently. This is calm, considered contrast, nothing loud, nothing rushed. Pure muslin, unblended, from the weaving looms of an award winning cluster. Easy to drape, easy to live in, made for days that call for colour without asking for ceremony. One garment. Two authors.

Care Instructions
Silk rewards patience. Dry clean for the first wash. After that, cold water and a gentle hand. Never wring it, never rush it. Dry in the shade — silk and sunlight are not friends. Iron on the reverse, low heat, while it is still slightly damp.
